When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, business name (optional), email address, what you need, your message and your preferred language. We also record which language version of the page you used.

If you email us directly at hola@cjmdesignlab.com, we receive your email and what you write.

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

If you choose a language (Spanish or English), your browser remembers that choice on your own device so the site opens in that language next time. It is not a cookie and it is never sent to us.

Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Netlify hosts this website and receives contact-form submissions. Like any web host, it also processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Google Workspace provides our email, so form notifications and your emails are stored there.

We keep messages while we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, write to hola@cjmdesignlab.com. We will answer by email.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children.

If this changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and its date first.
